The above mentioned Master's degree programs are accredited by the British Royal Society of Certified Real Estate Professionals (RICS). Graduates receive international diplomas recognized by over120 countries around the world, giving graduates not only the opportunity to join RICS members, but also additional competitive advantages in the labor market.

The following professional retraining programs are implemented on the basis of the Department:
1) Judicial Construction, Technical and Cost Examination of Real Estate Objects
2) Development in the Investment and Construction Sector
3) Valuation of the Enterprise (business) by RICS
The program is accredited by the British Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). After successful completion of the training program, students are awarded a diploma of professional retraining of the established sample, confirmed by the RICS certificate (Great Britain).
Besides, the department implements the "Coordination and Control of Construction Stages" advanced training program.
