The Department represents recognized scientists in the field of construction, property, housing utilities infrastructure management. It also includes honorary professors from other Russian universities known for their scientific achievements as well as members of large construction business, legislative authorities, specialists working both in the Presidential Administration and the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow and Moscow Region.
The staff of the chair includes 6 Professors, 12 PhDs, 4 Senior lecturers, 1 Lecturer.
Accounting on January 2019 there are 39 employees in the Chair, including part-time employees. 28 people have doctoral or PhD degrees.
