Scientific research in the field of Civil Engineering and Real Estate Economics, Organization and Technology of Construction, Housing and Communal Services Management, Urban Planning, etc. is conducted on the basis of the Department of Construction Organization and Real Estate Management. The results of scientific research of the staff of the Department are published in scientific publications and used in the educational process.
International and All-Russian conferences devoted to the issues of real estate management, scientific and practical seminars on the most relevant topics (Cadastral valuation of real estate, Judicial construction and technical expertise of real estate, etc.) are held annually.
There is a student scientific society "Integross" on the basis of the Department aimed at the integration processes that need to be conducted by economists, managers, civil engineers working on information technology platforms.
