International event devoted to day of "Francophonie"
On March 31, 2017, the department of the Foreign Language and Professional Communication organised the international event devoted to a day of "Francophonie" with the participation of Mr. David Krasovets, the doctor of art criticism, the teacher of the Russian academy of Economy and Public Service under the Russian President, the representative of France.
The Russian side was represented by:
Samotesova Natalia Vladimirovna - Head of Department for Coordination of International Cooperation.
Bessonova Elena Vladimirovna - Head of the Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department, associate professor, PhD in Philosophy.
Ushanova Nadezhda Petrovna - the senior lecturer of Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department.
Yershova Tatyana Aleksandrovna - associate professor, PhD in Philosophy.
Oganesyan Elena Aykazovna - senior lecturer of Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department.
Students from the following groups: ИСА I -51, 53, 63, ИЭУИС I-18, ИГЭС 1-1,3.
At the beginning of the meeting Oganesyan E. A. – the organiser and leading senior lecturer of French discipline in MGSU greeted all attendees with a day of "Francophonie" and presented participants of a meeting.
Oganesyan E. A. made the presentation for attendees about how students of our university learn French from the initial level and how interested they are, and also about their success achieved by the end of academic year. The presentation included slides on a training of our students in France which was organised by professor Oganesyan E. A.
Then the senior lecturer of the Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department Oganesyan E. A. told about the history of the celebration of "Francophonie" day. The student Samofalova Veronika (ИСА I-53) recited Paul Geraldi's poem "Tenderness". Students Ulyanov Alexander and Geybo Maxim (ИГЭС I-I) sang on a guitar Joe Dassin's song "If there were no you".
The doctor of art criticism David Krasovets made the presentation and the report on the subject "Architecture and Infrastructure of Modern France" for teachers and students of the department. Teachers and students enjoyed very much this presentation. The head of the event and the responsible person for the foreign guest, professor of the the Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department Oganesyan E. A. thanked mister David Krasovets on behalf of the participants for the interesting and fruitful presentation and shared her hopes for further cooperation with mister David Krasovets and the Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department in NRU MGSU.
After that, the Head of the Foreign Language and Professional Communication Department Bessonova E. V. handed the gratitude letter to the representative of France David Krasovets for participation and creative approach in celebration of "Francophonie" in NRU MGSU.
The meeting held in French and was pleasant to all attendees.
