The Department of Management and Innovation was created in order to develop the scientific base and to train industry specialists-managers on its basis. The most important feature of Bachelor's and Master's degree programs at the Department is that each discipline studied is saturated with the specifics of Civil Engineering. The specificity of the Civil Engineering specialties involves the skillful organization of people's activities to solve production tasks.
Today the Department of Management and Innovation is headed by Doctor of Economics, Professor Natalia G. Verstina.
